In addition, this article contains the notion of decision making, understanding of groups, how the decision-making process is carried out, the stages in the Rational Decision Making technique carried out by SDIT (Integrated Islamic Primary School) Muhammadiyah Pasar Kemis to make decisions with a qualitative phenomenological approach
