The method used in this study is survey research with correlational techniques. The study sampled 30 people. The results of the study can be concluded that 1) Teacher Perception in MIN 3 Pandeglang, categorized as being in moderate level, 2) Effectiveness of Communication In Organization at MIN 3 Pandeglang, categorized in moderate level, 3) There is a positive influence between Teacher Perception and Communication Effectiveness in accepted Organizations. In other words, there is a positive influence between teacher perception and communication effectiveness in organizations at MIN 3 Pandeglang. This is proven to have done calculations obtained t count of 6942, which turns out to be greater than t table for  = 0.05 and n = 30 is 2.04.
