Alam dan segala isi makhluknya, Al-Qur'an dan segala isi Kandungannya semuaitu ciptaan Allah SWT dibawa kekuasaan-Nya. Kedua-duanya bila dilihat dari segi turunnya, semua itu sama-sama dari Allah SWT. Namun, segi peran dan fungsinya, Al-Qur'an lebih tinggi posisi dari manusia setelah Alam.
Al-Qur'an dalam isi kandungan ajarannya adalah pengatur manusia dan Alam. Sedangkan posisi manusia di bumi dalam sejarahnya, sebagai Khalifah (pengganti Allah) pengatur dan penata kesejahteraan/keselamatan dunia-akhirat.
Kemukjizatan Al-Qur'an sebagai pedoman/jaminan keselamatan kehidupan manusia. Maka sebab itu menarik dikaji (diteliti) oleh para Ulama/Intlektual Timur dan Barat. Kemu'jizatan Al-Qur'an bukan berada pada pada sebutan Mujizatnya, namun pada nilai-nilai (ajaran) isi kandungannya yang berada di luar kebiasaan (umum) manusia biasa. Sehingga umumnya manusia tidak berdaya untuk melakukannya. Kemukjizatan Al-Qur'an berada pada nilai-nilai uslub fashahah bahasa dan struktur, prediksi khabar gaib, isyarat-isyarat ilmiyahnya
