PEMIKIRAN IJTIHAD SYEKH YUSUF QARDAWI

Abstrak
Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya posisi ijtihad dalam menjawab persoalan-persoalan hukum masa kini yang terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan jaman,hal ini mendorong beberapa fakar hokum islam berupaya melakukan pengkajian mengenai Ijtihad,yaitu ijtihad kontemporer,baik mengenai urgensi maupun metodeloginya,antara lain gagasan yang disampaikan oleh Syekh Yusuf Qardawi. Konsep Ijtihad yang disampaikan oleh Yusuf Qardawi yaitu Ijtihad Selektif Komparatif (Ijtihad Intiqa‟i)dan Ijtihad Konstruktif kreatif(Ijtihad Insya‟i) serta integrasi antara keduanya dengan hasil karyanya yang sangat popular fiqh Prioritas.
