PREDISPOSISI GURU DALAM ORIENTASI DOMAIN PSIKOMOTORIK SISWA

One way to be able to develop students psychomotor intelligence without leaving cognitive abilities is through play activities, because basically students are one of the components that have potential in the educational process. Psychomotor development is a very important development, its function is to hone fine motor skills ang gross motor skills of students. This study aims to describe in depth the description of the teacher’s predisposition in the orientation of the student’s psychomotor domain. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively analitical. The results showed that the aspects developed in the psychomotor domain of the students included developing the value of hard work, independent attitude, being able to think quickly, and student cooperation. Psychomotor assessment is characterized by the presence of physical activity and skills in student work, the orientation of the psychomotor domain is based on the actualization and implementation of student’s understanding of various materials that have been given by the teacher. In some material, psychomotor assessment is a determinant of the success of teacher learning, student’s understanding of the material presented by the teacher can be said to be successful if the psychomotor domain has been integrated, this means that studentsare able to express their understanding of the material.
