This thesis addresses several issues, namely: How are cooperation agreements and risk sharing implemented in profit-sharing practices for laying ducks in the Tegal Kunir Lor Village community, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency? How is the Sharia Economic Law Analysis of the Cooperation Agreement and Risk Sharing Practices for Profit-Sharing in Laying Ducks in Tegal Kunir Lor Village, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency?This thesis uses a qualitative descriptive-analytical method through field research and literature review, with primary data from observations, interviews, and documentation, and secondary data from books, journals, articles, and relevant research. The results show that: 1. The profit-sharing cooperation practice for laying ducks in Tegal Kunir Lor Village uses a mudharabah muqayyadah contract with capital of Rp16,000,000–Rp18,000,000. However, the system applied is not a percentage of profit but a fixed price of Rp1,800 per duck, lower than the market price of Rp2,200, thus harming the manager and not in accordance with sharia principles. Furthermore, the business risk is borne more by the manager, whereas in mudharabah, losses should be borne by the investor unless there is negligence. 2. Based on Sharia Economic Law, this practice does not comply with the principles of justice, transparency, and the principle of al-ghunmu bil ghurmi. Therefore, proportional profit sharing, a written contract, and fair risk sharing are necessary to comply with Sharia provisions
