About the Journal

JURHIS (Jurnal Mahasiswa Hukum Islam/Journal of Islamic Law Students) is a Peer reviewed Scientific Journal for scientific publications of research results or studies of lecturers and students published by the Faculty of Sharia UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, covering topics related to Islamic Law in all aspects both related to Constitutional Law, Sharia Economic Law and Islamic Family Law and Others. Articles published in this Journal are the results of scientific work of students and / or lecturers who have met the Author Guidelines (Writing guidelines for Writers) determined by JURHIS. JURHIS is an Open Access Journal (OJS)-based journal, which is published periodically 4 times a year.
