Peningkatan Minat Baca Masyarakat Kota Pekalongan Melalui Program Safari Literasi

Abstrak

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the literacy safari program in increasing the reading interest of the people of Pekalongan City. Quantitative research methods are used by involving surveys and interviews. The results of the study show that the literacy safari program has succeeded in increasing people's interest in reading, as evidenced by an increase in library visits and participation in literacy activities. Factors supporting the success of the program include the cooperation of various related parties and effective promotion. However, there are still obstacles such as limited funds and human resources. This research suggests that the literacy safari program should continue to be implemented in a sustainable manner by involving more parties and increasing promotional efforts.
