Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the impact of the UMK Academy Program on increasing the competitiveness of creative-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the Jinggar Batik House in terms of increasing knowledge, skills, and business networks. The research method used is a case study with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the UMK Academy program makes a significant contribution to improving the competitiveness of Rumah Batik Jinggar by improving employee knowledge and skills, adopting the latest technology, and expanding business networks. This program has proven to be effective in equipping MSMEs with the necessary tools to compete in an increasingly competitive market. This study concludes that acceleration programs such as the UMK Academy have a crucial role in encouraging the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia through increased skills, access to technology, and business support.
