Peningkatan Kapasitas UMKM Melalui Program Pelatihan Berbasis Komunitas: Studi Kasus Kampoeng Cokelat

This study evaluates the impact of the Kampoeng Cokelat program on the capacity, productivity, and income of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the chocolate industry. Using a mixed method approach, this study analyzed quantitative data on the growth of MSMEs before and after the implementation of the program and qualitative data from interviews with program participants. The findings of the study revealed that this program significantly increased the capacity, productivity, and income of MSMEs. The success of this program is due to comprehensive training, mentoring, and market access support. The study underscores the effectiveness of targeted interventions in empowering MSMEs and contributing to local economic development.
