This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the "One Home One Repellherb" program in increasing public knowledge and reducing the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Pekauman Village using a pre-test post-test design with a control group. Using a post-test pre-test design with a control group, the study involved 100 households. The results showed a significant increase in public knowledge about the control of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the group participating in the program with an increased understanding of preventive measures. In addition, there was a decrease in dengue cases in the experimental group compared to the control group. This program has proven to be effective in encouraging changes in community behavior towards more independent, sustainable, and long-term impact Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) control efforts.
