The tofu industry located in Ampeldento Village, Malang Regency is one of the MSME- scale industries in the surrounding environment which was established in 2017. Every day, this industry is able to produce 100 kg of tofu with 25 kg of solid waste which is often referred to as tofu dregs. Currently, solid waste generated from the tofu production process has been used as a mixture of animal feed. The utilization of solid waste that has not been optimal results in a large volume of tofu solid waste that is wasted. Where this raises problems in the surrounding environment, namely the emergence of unpleasant odors around the waste disposal site. Based on these conditions, new innovations are needed on the use of tofu solid waste. Through the higher education community service program, innovations were made in the use of tofu solid waste into processed crackers. The method applied to the implementation of service is the society parcipator. The innovations formulated are expected to be able to be solutions to existing conditions. In addition, tofu pulp crackers are expected to be a new commodity to add selling value to the industry in the village environment Ampeldento.
