Abstrak

Liquor circulation phenomena that current spreads in the community, it occurs due to deterioration of understanding among the general public, and a gap towards alcoholism cheap so it tends to be hit by the poor in rural and urban areas. the level of alcohol abuse in society in general, and teenagers are very disturbing environment all parties, even the security forces-were preoccupied with the circulation of illicit goods. This is the polemic discussion among religious scholars, sociologists, and scientists in understanding the perceptions that arise in the community.

Islamic law prescribed purpose is to preserve human benefit as well as to avoid the adverse effects or impact of the damage inflicted on the existence of Liquor phenomena that are now circulating. The aim should be understood comprehensively by people who will dig or interpret the law in order to develop Islamic legal thought and responsive to questions (Problem Solver’s) in the community of contemporary laws that case can not be solved or found the best solution explicitly in the Qur'an. Therefore, this discussion will clarify these issues to approach by The Verses law Interpretation (Tafsir Ayât Ahkâm), namely on matters relating to the verse or hadith that can be attributed to social phenomena in society, either in the first or present. In the context of a review perspective of social reality with the signification concept of Islamic law.
