Mekanisme Koordinasi dan Singkronisasi Lembaga Kementerian Negara Suatu Praksis Menuju Kabinet Yang Efektif

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of coordination and synchronization between state ministries in the composition of Indonesia's presidential cabinetand know the Urgency of Legal Arrangements Regarding the Coordination and Synchronization Mechanism of the State Ministries to Create an Effective Cabinet. The writing method used is the normative writing method using the Legislative Approach (Statue Approach), Concept approach (Conseptual Approach), and case Approach.That the implementation of coordination and synchronization between ministries in the composition of Indonesia's presidential cabinet is not clearly regulated or even there are no legal provisions that concretely regulate coordination or synchronization, both conducted by the Coordinating Ministry to the ministries that are in the field of coordination and other ministries outside their respective coordination fields, including coordination between coordinating ministries. The urgency of legal arrangements related to the coordination mechanism and synchronization of state ministries in order to create an effective cabinet is very important in optimizing the performance of ministries as executors of national development, while the urgency is: first,Reinforce the Principles of the Rule of Law; second,Strengthening of State Ministry Institutions; third,Making the Function of the Coordinating Ministry effective; fourth,Eliminating the Ministerial Sectoral Ego in Leading the Ministry.
