Abstract

Transisi industri menuju sistem rendah karbon menuntut bukan hanya inovasi teknis, melainkan juga fondasi nilai yang kokoh. Kajian ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan ekonomi sirkular, maqashid al-syariah, dan keuangan syariah sebagai satu kerangka untuk memahami peran pembiayaan Islam dalam transisi industri rendah karbon. Penelitian menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka sistematis yang mengikuti protokol pelaporan PRISMA 2020 pada basis data Scopus. Dari 161.375 rekaman yang teridentifikasi, setelah penghapusan duplikasi, penyaringan judul dan abstrak, serta penilaian kelayakan teks lengkap, diperoleh 102 studi yang disertakan dan dianalisis secara tematik untuk menjawab empat pertanyaan penelitian. Analisis menghasilkan lima tema yang saling terkait. Prinsip ekonomi sirkular pengurangan, penggunaan kembali, dan daur ulang berkonvergensi dengan tujuan maqashid al-syariah, terutama pemeliharaan harta dan larangan pemborosan. Pemeliharaan lingkungan muncul sebagai fondasi etis yang menempatkan sirkularitas sebagai kewajiban, bukan sekadar efisiensi. Instrumen keuangan syariah, mencakup green sukuk, wakaf, zakat, dan pembiayaan campuran, berperan memobilisasi dana bagi proyek rendah karbon, dengan efektivitas yang bergantung pada mutu kelembagaan dan regulasi. Penerapan pada industri halal, bank sampah, energi terbarukan, dan tekstil menegaskan kelayakan praktisnya. Temuan disintesiskan menjadi kerangka integratif tiga pilar yang memosisikan maqashid sebagai lapis nilai, ekonomi sirkular sebagai lapis teknis, dan keuangan syariah sebagai lapis instrumen, sekaligus menyingkap dominasi kajian konseptual dan minimnya validasi empiris. Kajian menyimpulkan bahwa penautan ketiga pilar menawarkan jalur transisi industri rendah karbon yang berkeadilan, dengan implikasi bagi insentif green sukuk, tata kelola wakaf lingkungan, metrik keberlanjutan berbasis maqashid, dan agenda riset empiris lintas-sektor
