Abstract

The Indonesian government is currently promoting the digitalization of the payment system through QRIS with halal MSMEs as one of the targets of its implementation. QRIS was introduced as an easy, fast, and safe non-cash payment tool. The purpose of the study was to measure consumer satisfaction by looking at the effectiveness and security of using QRIS. The type of quantitative research with a sample of 75 halal MSMEs fostered by KPwBI Banten Province that use QRIS. The results of the analysis found that effectiveness and security have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the use of QRIS in halal MSMEs fostered by KPwBI Banten Province both simultaneously and partially. The influence formed by 85% shows that the research model is very accurate and has a high level of explanation in measuring the level of satisfaction using effectiveness and security. QRIS has been proven to be effective and safe for use by halal MSMEs fostered by KPwBI Banten Province in increasing consumer satisfaction.
