KETAATAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PASAL 26 PERDA NOMOR 1 TAHUN 2010 KOTA SERANG TENTANG WAJIB DINIYAH PADA PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU 2021-2022

Abstract

This research departs from the existence of information from the public regarding the acceptance of new junior high school level students who have been declared accepted as students but some of them are not SDI/SDIT/MI graduates and do not attach MDTA certificates, even though the Compulsory Diniyah Perda has regulated how to handle students. those who do not attach an MDTA certificate. The Region through the Regional Regulation concerning Compulsory Early Education Education which instructs students who are still studying in Elementary Schools to take part in learning subjects that have been determined to be the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah curriculum until they graduate and get an MDTA Certificate which can be used as one of the administrative requirements for registering with the School First Intermediate. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1). To find out the application of the requirements for passing the selection for New Student Admissions for State Junior High Schools by attaching a Diploma/Syahada Diniyah; 2). To find out the follow-up to the parent's statement regarding their ability to participate in the special compulsory education program for students who do not have a diploma/syahadah diniyah; 3). To find out the inhibiting factors for prospective new students of Public Junior High Schools who do not have a diploma/syahadah diniyah. This study uses a combined approach of quantitative and qualitative methods (Mixed Method Research) in the form of a sequential combined with the sequential explanatory strategy model, namely collecting quantitative data and then analyzing it. The results of the research show that 1) interpretation value the effectiveness of the Diniyah Education Regulation on the Admission System for New Students at SMPN 1 Serang City Predicate Fair with an obedience percentage of 75.2% (315 students out of 419 students), SMPN 1 Baros, Serang Regency Predicate Rather low with an obedience percentage of 49.7% (166 students from 334 students), Predicate Somewhat low with a obedience percentage of 49.7% (150 students out of 289 students); 2) The form of follow-up on the Parent's Declaration carried out by the school is in the form of providing BTQ guidance on the sidelines of PAI learning and on extracurricular BTQ, while the follow-up outside of school is in the form of students learning BTQ to the Koran teacher, Ustadz or Ustadzah at the prayer room, mosque or Majlis and by parents/private tutors at home. After knowing the obedience of the Junior High School which is the place of research, it is best if the District/City Education and Culture Office supervises the SMP under its auspices in carrying out the Acceptance of new Students and making a Joint Decree (MoU) with the Regency/City Ministry of Religion Office in implementing the Regional Regulation Compulsory Diniyah is at the elementary school level which does not yet accommodate the MDTA Curriculum so that students take part in learning at MDTA until they graduate.
