PENANAMAN NILAI RELIGIUS DAN DISIPLIN PADA PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM SISWA MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH DAAR EL QOLAM 4 TANGERANG

This study aims to 1) determine the behavior of madrasah tsanawiyah students during teaching and learning activities in the classroom in learning Islamic religious education. 2) knowing the methods of PAI teachers in instilling religious values and discipline to Islamic school students at Daar El Qolam Islamic Boarding School 4. 3) knowing the impact of Islamic school students' behavior on inculcating religious values and discipline in PAI learning at Daar el-Qolam 4 Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. While the research sources are the principal, Islamic religious education teachers and several students. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data inference. Based on the results of observations in this study, it was found that the behavior of the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Daar el-Qolam 4 in teaching and learning activities in Islamic religious education learning, namely the behavior of students was still less enthusiastic in learning, the class atmosphere was not conducive, and religious values were not optimal. discipline applied to students. PAI teachers use lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods and in the process of inculcating religious values and discipline teachers use exemplary methods and habituation methods. And the impact of inculcating religious values and discipline in learning Islamic Religious Education on students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Daar el-Qolam 4, namely being accustomed to worship, respecting teachers, familiarity with other friends, having concern for others who are affected by disasters, being tolerant, and obey the rules of the boarding school. It is hoped that this research will be useful for the Daar el-Qolam Islamic boarding school in particular and also for other educational institutions so that it can be carried out properly and correctly.
