This research was conducted using a quantitative approach through observation and questionnaire data collection techniques on a sample of 59 from a population of 64 students. The questionnaire consisted of 30 items derived from 3 research variables. The validity test results of the 30 items were declared valid with a significance value of <0.05. The results of the reliability test carried out on 30 items from 3 variables were declared reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value > 0.6 and the three variables were normally distributed with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, the results obtained were: there was no influence between the Peer Environment on Learning Discipline with a significance result of 0.145 > 0.05. There is no influence of Self-Efficacy on Learning Discipline with a significance result of 0.173 > 0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of the Peer Environment Variable and the Self-Efficacy Variable on the Learning Discipline Variable with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Peer Environment and Self-Efficacy simultaneously influence Student Learning Discipline by 38.3%.
