PERAN GURU PAI DALAM MENANGANI PERUNDUNGAN


Abstrak
The research formulation taken this study are: (1) What are the forms of bullying in SMAN 1 Astanajapura Cirebon Regency (2) What is the role PAI teachers dealing with bullying at SMAN 1 Astanajapura Cirebon Regency (3) What are the faktors that cause bullying at SMAN 1 Astanajapura Cirebon Regency this type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive research approach. The data collection technique uses the method of observation, interviews, documentation using data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The results showed that: first, the forms of bullying found in SMAN 1 Astanajapura were verbal bullying in the form of giving nicknames, mocking and insulting the physical or shortcomings of others. Physical bullying such as hitting, pinching, grabbing and harassing. Psychological bullying in the form of ostracism and bullying of mass media such as mocking in social media or online games. Second, the role of PAI teachers in dealing with bullying goes through two stages, namely the prevention stage and the follow-up stage, such as conducting supervision, socializing intra and extracurricular activities, guidance, teaching education and exemplary as well as coordinating with every school member. Third, the bullying factors that occurred at SMAN 1 Astanajapura were the factors of parents, peers and social media.
