Abstract
Digital transformation has increased the use of digital media among elementary school students, but this has not been matched by adequate information literacy skills and ethical social interaction. This community service activity aims to improve students' information literacy and communication ethics at SD Negeri 3 Cigoong, Serang City. The method used is the Participatory Learning and Education Approach (PLEA) with a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, pre-tests, interactive material delivery, simulations, educational games, discussions, post-tests, and reflection. The results of the activity show an increase in student understanding, with approximately 80% of students able to distinguish valid information from hoaxes, understand the importance of verifying information, recognize forms of cyberbullying, and use more polite communication. The program also fosters critical thinking, responsibility, and empathy in the use of digital media. Thus, participatory education effectively strengthens digital literacy, character education, and a culture of responsible communication as part of implementing the Pancasila Student Profile.
