ولقد جاءت كلمة "عربي" احدى عشر مرة فى القرآن الكريم لوصف القرآن, ولعل لذلك سببا يعلمه الله وحده فى تكرار تلك الكلمه, فالله يعلم تماما ان العالم كله لايتحدث العربيه, ويعلم ان من الناس من سوف يتحول الى الاسلام, وليس امامهم اختيارا فى ممارسة دينهم سوى ان يتعلموا بعضا من الكتاب مما يكفى لممارسه اهم طقوسه وهى الصلاه. واللغة العربية ليست من السهولة حتى يتعلمها الناس ببساطة او بسرعة. ورغم كل ذلك, فالاسلام لايزال اكبر الاديان ازديادا بعدد الداخلين الجدد من الاديان الأخرى. كما لاننسى ان بلدنا إندونيسيا هو اكبر الدولة الإسلاميه فى العالم لاتتحدث العربية, ولذلك فإن ترجمة القرآن شيئ ضرورى لا نقاش فى ذلك.
