KEBEBASAN BERPENDAPAT DALAM AL–QUR’AN

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika melihat riwayat atau biografi al-Maraghi adalah seorang mufasir modern karena Al-Maraghi dilahirkan pada sekitar abad 19 dan karakteristik Kitab Tafsir Al-Maraghi adalah menghadirkan satu, dua atau sekelompok ayat yang akan ditafsirkan. Kemudian penjelasan kosa kata, kemudian makna ayat secara umum, dan dikaitkan dengan munasabah, dan jika ada ada Asbab Al-Nuzul maka dijelaskan pula, kemudian pada langkah terakhir, Al-Maraghi memberikan penjelasan yang luas, kemudian dalam menafsirkan ayat tentang kebebasan berpendapat, Al-Maraghi memberikan pengertian bahwa kebebasan berpendapat itu di perbolehkan baik itu kebebasan berpendapat ketika bermusyawarah
ataupun kebebasan berpendapat dalam hal keyakinan.
