UPAYA PENANGGULANGAN DISKRIMINASI TERHADAP DIFABEL DALAM DUNIA KERJA

Disability isa state where people experiencing it can't do things in the usual way. Even so, people with disabilities are still a part of society that must earn equal rights. Today the discrimination that people suffer from disability still exists in Indonesia, especially when they are about to enter the workforce. Therefore this paper was designed with the aim of knowing what those with disabilities are particularly in getting jobs and the role of related parties in helping to empower those with disabilities. The paper is prepared using a literary study method based on analysis of various references already read. The findings of this paper were that people with disabilities, government policies, social workers, social services, and public facilities play a crucial role in making it easier for people with disabilities in the workforce.
